Susanne Nyberg is a "Plein Air" painter, inspired by the strikingly beautiful Sonoran desert where she resides. She works very quickly with oil paints and palette knives on location amongst the magical mountains and vividly-hued scenes she artistically recreates on her canvas before the light and color changes. Her beautiful creations are then finished in her studio. Susanne studied at the Art Institute of Boston, the Museum of Fine Art School and the Corcoran Museum School in Washington D.C. She was also greatly influenced by renowned wildlife and landscape artist, Bill Freeman.
